Cancellation Policy
Each property listing shows its cancellation policy. There are three types:
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.
- Cancel 24+ hours before check-in → full refund
- Cancel less than 24 hours → first night charged
- No-show → full booking amount charged
Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
- Cancel 5+ days before check-in → full refund
- Cancel 2–4 days before → 50% refund
- Cancel less than 2 days → no refund
- No-show → full booking amount charged
50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
- Cancel 7+ days before check-in → 50% refund
- Cancel less than 7 days → no refund
- No-show → full booking amount charged
Important notes
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
Security deposits are returned within 7 business days after checkout, minus any deductions for damages.
Service fees are non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking for stays more than 28 days away.
Extenuating circumstances — in cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or documented medical emergencies, we may override the standard policy. Contact support for assistance.
